Fort Dodge Police and Fire Rescue were dispatched to the Kenyon Road Bridge just after 2:00 AM for a report of a vehicle that left the roadway. The vehicle appeared to be traveling Westbound on Kenyon Road, when it failed to negotiate the curve near South 8th Street. The vehicle went down the embankment, struck a railcar, and came to rest on the railroad tracks. It appeared that nobody was transported to the hospital. Mid Iowa Towing Fort Dodge responded to the scene to remove the vehicle.
